Follow the Leader

A practical train the trainer / teacher workshop for educators, consultants, wellness instructors looking to leverage fundamental communication strategies and principles in their own teaching, training, and coaching practice. Participants build a skill set of communication behaviors that s/he will model for students, employees, and trainees. Skill building focuses on both non-verbal and verbal speech and communication to include: Assertive communication, engagement strategies for teaching and training students, vocal quality, eye engagement, intentional gestures, confident stance, and purposeful movement.

The secret of success in resolving conflict is to be able to disagree without being disagreeable. The ability to understand how conflict builds and then work to resolve it is an extremely important tool for maintaining the strength and effectiveness of any team.
